Exciting news for aspiring music professionals! The Live Music Lab (LML) programme is now open for applications. This initiative offers participants hands-on experience at events and live music festivals like Bassline, Fête de la Musique, and WOMAD. LML is a flagship programme by Bassline and IFAS, celebrating a 25-year partnership with support from the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs. About the Programme: LML is a career development programme designed to incubate 15 participants through a mix of theoretical and practical training.
The one-month programme runs from 16 September to 11 October and offers invaluable work experience in the music industry. Who Can Apply: We are looking for proactive youths from township communities and central Cape Town eager to gain skills in event management, concert promotion, marketing, and technical production.
