PEMA Africa

Adéle Fouché, once rooted in rebellion and resilience, sought stillness beyond the stage and emerged as Pema Africa-“Pema,” meaning lotus flower. Through this transformation, she has created a powerful body of solo work that blends Tibetan mantras, Buddhist wisdom, and bilingual lyrics into songs of healing and renewal. Guided by what she calls the OA, a higher-dimensional energy, her performances pulse with rhythm, emotion, and joy.
